The University of Copenhagen wishes to make it as easy as possible for companies and other external parties to collaborate with our researchers. Before collaboration can be initiated between university researchers and an external party must, however, draw up an agreement. And as a public institution the University of Copenhagen is subject to a number of legal provisions that such an agreement must take into account.
There are several different types of agreements depending on the nature of the collaboration. Below you will find information on the various relevant agreements. It is the Tech Transfer Office that handles agreements dealing with intellectual property rights (IPR). Agreements which do not deal with IPR are handled by faculties' local administrative service units.
You are always welcome to contact both the local units and Tech Transfer Office. They will do their best to answer your questions expediently. See contact details on the right.
