Innovation Fund Denmark

Innovation Fund Denmark was established on 1 April 2014. The budget of the fundation i approximately 1.6 billion kroner in 2014.

The establishment of the foundation aims to ensure, that the grant recieving research is in demand in the private sector and thereby has the potential of creating jobs and new proucts in the Danish and international markeds.

The foundation strives to initiate coherent ventures in research, technology development and innovation - for instance in the future societal partnerships  across sectors that the foundation will promote.

The foundation wishes to support research of the highest quality and at the same time ensure, that the research is connected with the development of new technologies and promotes innovation in companies.
